What is the function of the karma awards page?
There's been some discussion about incentivizing people to do useful things for the community by putting up karma bounties, thus removing some of the uncertainty inherent in upvotes. The most comprehensive thread I could find is here; two years old, but LW development grinds slow.
That's my best guess, anyway.
Ok, thanks! Seems like an interesting plan, I hope it can get implemented.
