Sure; you could compile a list from the comments and throw them into Google AdWords to see what maximizes clicks (the landing page would be something on intelligence.org). Anyone could do this - heck, I have $40 of AdWords credit I didn't realize I had, and could do it. But would this really be worthwhile, especially if people keep suggesting titles?
