Yes, except that in my post, I am saying that the organizations implicitly define the officer/exec roles as as having agentiness, not that officers and execs have agentiness.

(Also, Eliezer's Competent Elites post is about people who have something far rarer than "mere" agentiness, rare as that too is.)
