As a sixteen-year old maths enthusiast, would this be readable with pretty much just secondary school knowledge?
Definitely. In fact, I think you're one of the best audiences. By the time you've take some logic courses and a foundations of computing course, this book will be fun but not particularly new. This book is a great into to some of my favorite parts of math.
