0: 797, 48.7%

1: 728, 44.5%

2: 66, 4.0%

3: 21, 1.3%

4: 1, .1%

Why is there no data for respondents who stated they had 5 partners?

I should have looked at the data set. The answer is that zero people reported having 5 partners.
