I find it a bit hard to imagine how people learned things before Wikipedia and Stack Exchange and Google.
And yet they did. As such these things are less tranformative than you think.
No, it did not. Go visit a high school or a college.
Learning became much easier. Education didn't change much. Yet.
Even when the teachers heavily resists innovation Wikipedia still gets used by the students.
