I like the idea of this fanfic, it seems like it could have been executed much better.
EDIT: Try re-writing later? As the saying goes, "Write drunk; edit sober."
That's what I did, actually. Maybe I should write sober too. But that Kentucky bourbon was just so inspiring.
People who hate it cite your claim that you wrote it drunk as an issue.
People who liked it 1) don't care how it came into being 2) are impressed that alcohol has a different impact on you than on them 3) believe your claims to be drunk are exaggerated.
I personally believe all three.
