I would rather argue Rationality is the extant to which the software your system 2 is running is epistemologically sound.

That's certainly part of it. I still remember using my intelligence to defend my religious believes. However, the best epistemology is useless unless you act on it.

I believe Wei is specifically talking about epistemic rationality, though.
