Intelligence can be defined as the ability to use knowledge and experience together to create new solutions for problems and situations. Intelligence is about using resources regardless of computational power. Intelligence is as simple as my browser remember a password (which I don't let it do). It is able to recognize a website and pull the applicable data to auto fill and login. That is a kind of primitive intelligence.
