Shorty before bed:

  • 1mg melatonin
  • 150mg magnesium citrate

After morning coffee:

  • 1 large fish oil pill
  • 3000 IU D3
  • 1 CDP Choline (leftover from see below)

Discontinued due to lack of noticeable effect:

  • Rhodiola rosea
  • Vitamin K
  • Pramiracetam
  • Aniracetam
  • Oxiracetam
  • Noopept
  • Zinc
  • Caffeine pills
  • L- Theanine
