Weirdness is a scarce resource with respect to ourselves? Great! Does that mean that we'd benefit from cooperating such that we all take on different facets of the weirder whole, like different faces of a PR operation?

People tend to model organizations as agents, and I expect weirdness in an org's public-facing representatives would be more salient than normality. That implies that representatives' weirdness would be taken as cumulative rather than exclusive.
