I've only been able to find one example of an establishment that actually does this. Ugi's, an Argentinian pizza chain, sells 12-inch (?) cheese pizzas for about 4.91 USD in Buenos Aires.

Given that Argentinia is on the metric system why should they have 12-inch pizza's?
