When does technological enhancement feel natural and acceptable? When it relieves us of a perceived burden. When trend leaders present it as natural and acceptable. When other choices are taken away. In short, not necessarily for rational or self-interest reasons.

Good results can come if you put the question on its head. When does technological enhancement not feel natural and acceptable? Or, as an egoist, how can I get what I want in indifference to how others feel about it?
