It is unlikely to stay that way now that incentives have changes, in particular, I expect a lot of "heterosexual male who wants to enter the women's bathroom" type "transsexuals".
Why? This runs very strongly against my experience.
This thread is for asking any questions that might seem obvious, tangential, silly or what-have-you. Don't be shy, everyone has holes in their knowledge, though the fewer and the smaller we can make them, the better.
