I find LW to be a much healthier medium between sites like Reddit and 4chan for ideology. Its alright to not constantly burst people's bubbles or your own especially if you are a regular on LW. People are not the ideology they spew, so it is important to deemphasize non-constructive ideological conversations/talks with people you want to or must interact with frequently. I will, however echo your struggle to not "bubble", reaffirming your already held beliefs.
