Upvoted, but only for level, not direction. This doesn't deserve worse than -6 or so.
I actually agree with the statement (in most states). However, the conclusion is wrong and there's not enough text for me to know why the author comes to this conclusion.
Voting for a disliked candidate is dominated by not voting at all, or voting for a liked candidate that cannot win. For myself, Gary Johnson is that candidate.
