Yeah...what are the chances that in 50 years time psychologists and neurophysicists still believe system I and II are useful heuristics to describe brain processes?
Without further information, it's difficult to say. That being said, it's the best model we have right now. Unless you have a better model to offer, questioning the validity of the latest in current neuroscience is unlikely to be productive.
