The Kolmogorov complexity of this sentence is exactly 50 bytes in Java bytecode.

Meaningful, but unfalsifiable.

You can't make a Java class file that small.

Maybe you mean the difference between the smallest possible executable class file, and one that prints that message will be exactly 50 bytes, given some specified existing standard library? If so, the sentence should probably make that clearer.
