Taken literally, your request is highly unreasonable because it involves so many levels of poorly understood processes - inflation, baryogenesis, galaxy formation... and the answer is probably infinite anyway. Still, I wouldn't be surprised if a better physicist could produce a reasonable first-principles estimate of the number of baryons in the observable universe.
