Chris, so that one's pretty easy. Acton is for humans. It really is that simple of a problem if you're going to configure a Friendly AI. The part of it where you trust the humans to set it up is not simple. The part where you work out how to create the Friendly AI to be configured is not simple. But the part where the AI doesn't start exhibiting the specific human tendencies of corruptibility is as easy as not growing pizza on a palm tree.
