Unknown, it can't literally be a planning fallacy because I'm not giving either a plan (a series of exact events) or a timeframe. You perhaps meant to say "conjunction fallacy"? If so, you're still wrong. Listing a dozen different ways that things can exhibit sharp jumps is a disjunction, not a conjunction. "Too far" is a powerful accusation, but I don't think that either "planning fallacy" or "conjunction fallacy" should qualify here.
