Meet Up: Austin, TX

Vaniver 18 July 2012 03:15PM

WHEN: 25 May 2019 01:30:00PM (-0500)

WHERE: 2803 San Jacinto Blvd. Austin, Texas 78705

The Austin meetup continues! Although we hope to still be regularly meeting in six years, this is a test to try out various ways to have meetups show up for extended periods without having to spam discussion every week.

The next meetup is May 25th, 2013 at 1:30PM at JP's Java. We meet every Saturday afternoon. (You should be able to recognize us because we'll have two tables together, and look less wrongy.) Hope to see you there!

How many people come to this? I'll be in town for the weekend (Infosec Southwest), so might be able to stop by.

For some reason the Austin meetups keep getting posted as occurring in 2018. Have any ideas why?

2018 has the same days of the week as 2012 (at least for the relevant months). This way, I can edit the same meetup post to adjust the date, rather than having to make a new one each week and spam discussion.

I'm in Austin for the summer and plan to make this my first LW meetup.

Now I've come on public record and increased the chance that I actually go.
