Your use of the belief in God as an estimate is not a good one. If that's the case then you are a) not going to pick up people who might learn to become more rational and b) throwing out one specific irrationality for reasons that aren't clear as compared to other irrational behavior. We've had multiple productive LWians who have some sort of belief in God.
