Could you explain more what you want, here? 'For Dummies' books are usually on fields for which there is a lot of well-accepted knowledge, but that's not the case with FAI.
Sorry, I originally had all my requests grouped together, which perhaps made it clearer that they all were made tongue-in-cheek.
