Does anyone have some decent experience with or references about the viability of biphasic sleep, i.e. sleep in two chunks of say at least 2 hours each?
I can't rely on the polyphasic crowd (who don't collect data and don't care about memory problems at all) and can't find any serious attempt at it besides "if you're 60 and don't do much, then it's just fine".
