The Less Wrong consensus already seems to be using "rationality" instead of "rationalism." See Note on Terminology: "Rationality", not "Rationalism".

But people usually don't point out usage of "rationalism" as an error. We don't have a normative consensus yet.

My point is stronger than Vlad's: not only does "rationalism" have undesirable connotations, but it means the wrong thing.

Would the belief that rationality is good hence be "rationality-ism"?
