Healthy eating is probably worth an effort, and of course good for all sorts of reasons.

Not enough protein = depression. At least, for me. I've learned this the hard way countless times. Weirdly, some beef (maybe with MSG?) makes me more depressed, so I stick with chicken. Roasting a chicken once a week means I have a ready supply of protein to put into any meal.

Heuri-stick-with-chicken, one might say.
