The three main things important to me in a venue: ability to hear more than the people immediately next to you talking at a reasonable volume, allowed to either buy or bring something to drink, accessible by public transit that comes more than once an hour.

(I currently plan to come to both in the early afternoon, having evening commitments both days.)
