I think this should be on the front page. Brandon, you should also mention whether you are affiliated with SIAI and whether you've donated to SIAI before.

Once I finish the todo at the top and get independent checking on a few things I'm not clear on, I can post it to the main section. I don't think there's value in pushing it to a wider audience before it's ready.
