Ideally I'd like to see a version of the site where the upvotes and downvotes of people I tend to agree with affect what is displayed to me, rather than the upvotes and downvotes of everybody. I'd be happy if I saw votes made by 90% or maybe even 99% of the users, but there's a small minority of users who I'd rather not see. These are people who use downvoting politically against specific users, instead of using them as statements about specific articles.

Implementing this would require some math and perhaps significant CPU, so it may not be worthwhile.
