Nearly finished practicing the first three pages of Stick Control with my feet. I've been thinking about doing this for at least ten years.
It's funny how being in a technique/practice mindset detracts from my ability to be loose and creative while actually playing music with other humans. Intensive practice periods need downtime to congeal. And more playing with other humans (what a concept!).
