Instrumental rationality — everyone picks *one* goal they've failed to make progress on on the past month.  We spend five minutes apiece brainstorming ways to fix that.

Unconfusing ourselves — everyone brings an easy or hard question related to something from the Less Wrong material.  My question is: “What, exactly, is timeless decision theory?  How does it it differ from other decision theories?  How does it depend on thinking of time as timeless?”
