  1. g isn't actually inversely correlated with social or emotional intelligence. At least up to 3 standard deviations above the mean, they are positively correlated.
  2. If it seems that way, it's probably because nerdy/autism spectrum type people choose to emphasize their intellectual ability. Think "comparative advantage" as opposed to "absolute advantage".
