I am pretty sure that, though Roko wrote up the post, the naming and specific conceptualization of "ugh fields" was originally a product of the thinking of JenniferRM, AnnaSalamon, and probably others---though my memory is rather vague at this point. Just to give some probabilistic credit where it's due.
