J. Storrs Hall (of Beyond AI) has written a new article "Ethics for Self-Improving Machines" for the new Machine Ethics volume from CUP. Sections of it are viewable on Google Books. At a glance, most of the chapters in this volume have been previously published.

Note also that Robot Ethics is on its way from MIT Press. At a glance, most of its chapters have not been published before.
