Would you be willing to try to figure out how you did this emotional expelling and describing what you think your process is? This sounds highly valuable.

Imagine negative feelings as a collectable substance, maybe a colored light or liquid suddenly flooding in. Visualize sucking it all up into a breath and then expel it. Alternately you could imagine a film showing that flooding-in, which you then run backwards.

That's about as well as I can do considering it's been over ten years since I started. It's an almost totally unconscious process now.
