I wrote a simple conversion script. See the base directory. I'll keep the map updated.

Great. If you want to, I just created a similar questionaire in english (http://lesswrong.com/r/discussion/lw/8sm/where_do_you_live_meetup_planners_want_to_know/) so you could write a similar script if that is not too much work.
