Pfsch, silly. I couldn't wake up as someone from another part of the universe - he's already busy waking up as himself :P

Several of your examples are also equivalent to quantum suicide situations. Similar comments about measure apply, except in this case we have a process (cryonics) that actually can restore measure (therefore, we can ignore all differences from our intuitive idea of resurrection).
