After half a year without self-harm, I relapsed again this week. I got too cocky and thought I could handle reading a certain website again. Nope, still triggers me and I'm just going to have to accept that.

If your self-harm trigger is exclusively his website, as say in another comment, then might I suggest blocking the website from your computer's registry? I can relate to your situation, and blocking the offending website from my registry has prevented me from going back, even if I had an urge to do so.
