It was unpleasant, but only mildly. I put up with worse on a regular basis.
It comes down to me thinking "I am already taking lots and lots of pills every day: screw it, no pills today." Which is not a GOOD mindset, and I value my current suppliments more than I do adding the Omega-3 capsules, in the absense of data that tells me that I should reverse that.
