Basically, there already exist humans that are alive and living after a successful cryogenic trip. The thing is, they were both frozen and thawed before they were born and fertilized - only the eggs and sperm get frozen. We're not that good yet at freezing and particularly thawing them after they were born.

Came across it pretty randomly, I found it quite intriguing. Cryonics is "routine" for human embryos, not far-fetched for humans at all. Makes the whole thing seem potentially very reasonable (and me someone who hasn't signed up and doesn't plan to).
