Came across it pretty randomly, I found it quite intriguing. Cryonics is "routine" for human embryos, not far-fetched for humans at all. Makes the whole thing seem potentially very reasonable (and me someone who hasn't signed up and doesn't plan to).

This is a bit of a side note, but apparently that link was from 2005, which was at the same time of the Alcor Rabbit Kidney Experiment. It looks like research into freezing may have advanced since then, because when I was looking into it, I heard about Norio Odawa and Vitrification Freezers, which came out after 2005 and don't appear to use chemicals at all:

I don't know if these are promising on brains or not, but if anyone has heard something, please let me know.

Edit: As a further note, he mentions using Fluctuating magnetic fields for reheating... Ironically, if I am reading this correctly, the fields are actually used during cooling itself instead.
