Careful. Lots of people can use the Internet. (It bothers me a little bit when people on LessWrong say things like 'using LessWrong is evidence of rationality' and suchlike, mostly because I feel it encourages complacency.)

His reputation here overwhelms any evidence from the mere fact that he's here.

I took “being on this site” to mean “being a regular” in this context.
