Though for your sentences, they might be comprehensible to me if someone else said them, but I wouldn't generate #1 or #2. So I have some model of other people where they can want other things than I do (like one does), but when I use "should," I use it my own way (unless I'm putting it in someone else's mouth). This is not so different from Eliezer's proposal about inserting double colons.
