Link to Nick Bostrom's infinite ethics.
Naïve intuitions about what's "greater" break with infinity, and I'm fine with that. I wouldn't say Hilbert's fully booked infinite hotel accommodates more patrons after an infinite number of unexpected guests show up than it accommodates before, and I don't treat them differently as a utilitarian either.
