Both are models for things in the space of phenomenes. Models often contain a lot of assumptions that are useful for certain purposes.
Some phenomena exist in both of those systems. Other don't exist in one or the other. The added meaning is also different.
I think that all of that can accurately be said of literally any two possibly-overlapping categories
That's the point. I don't think answering the question is very useful. Both models are made for different goals. You can ask what one model illuminates about the other, but it's not like you compare a map of London to a map of the UK.
