Corrected url: Foundation Training

I tried the video at the url, and it seemed a lot more like straining (little pun about the mistaken url), but that might not be a fair test.

The basic idea of getting hip mobility seems sound, but I recommend Scott Sonnon's Ageless Mobility and IntuFlow, and the The Five Tibetan Rites -- sorry for the cheesy name on the latter, but they're a cross between yoga and calisthenics with a lot of emphasis on getting backwards/forwards pelvis mobility.
