There is a mismatch when you cite Shulman-Bostrom for 1 in 10 selection raising IQ by 10 points. Most of your article is about mutational load and how you don't need to understand the role of any particular mutation to know how to correct it, but that paper assumes knowledge of how genes affect IQ.

This is why the sentence that links to the Shulman-Bostrom estimate contains the qualification "(not just for minimizing mutational load)" . An estimate that just considered mutational load would have been better, but I didn't have one.

Here, have an estimate: 0. It's not a very good estimate, but it's better than the one you used.
