Whatever happened to "no penalty without a law"(nulla poena sine lege)?
I haven't seen any mention of that principle in any of the CEV or TDT articles. If you want to argue that the principle should be a substantial part of a decision framework I invite you to write an article laying out your reasoning in detail.

So... thoughts? I have mod powers, but when I was granted them I was basically just told to use them to fight spam; there was never any discussion of any other policy, and I don't feel like I have the authority to decide on the suitable course of action without consulting the rest of the community.
