If this will be a place for EAs to connect intellectually and share thoughts and resources, it should definitely be connected to both .impact and the Gittip platform for EAs donating to other EA's.
I would suggest immediately contacting Patrick about .impact and me or Ozzie about Gittip and the EA Funding Network.
I would also suggest spending 5 minutes thinking of other resource sharing platforms and locations you may want to connect to it.
